DONATION CRITERIA

We ask that each application is completed online and submitted at least 30 days prior to event or deadline date.

Please note that not all requests can be fulfilled, however, we review each request within our guidelines. If your request is filled, we will contact you and give confirmation and instructions on how to proceed.
