Do I have to have a reservation in order to jump?

No, we are always open to the public. Just make sure to have a signed waiver, and to not wear any denim (or clothing with metal studs) and to wear socks! Oh, and also lots of energy!

What is the dress code?

We recommend all jumpers to wear comfortable clothing, but the only dress code we enforce is any jumper must wear grip socks and can not be wearing clothing with metals.

Do I Have To Buy Jumping World Grip Socks In Order To Jump? Why Or Why Not?

Only the Allen, El Paso, Kennesaw, and Memphis locations are required to wear grip socks. For the rest of the locations customers do not have to wear our grip socks in order to jump on the trampolines, but grip sock are required for safety!

Can I Bring Outside Food/Drinks?

Sorry, we do not allow outside food/drinks into our facilities. Only customers who have booked their parties with us can bring in birthday cakes/cupcakes.

What Is The Maximum Weight Allowed To Jump?

The maximum weight allowed is 300 pounds.

Why Do I Have To Sign A Waiver?

It is a requirement by our insurance company.

Do You Have Any Specials During Holidays And School Breaks?

We may have different specials for the holidays, however weekday specials and weekday pricing will not be valid for holidays and breaks. Teen Nights and Jump Jam will always be on! Check your Jumping World location for details.

Do You Charge Tax?

Only if the state requires us to!
